Realtors don’t have control over the market…only their marketing plan. When interviewing a Realtor consider their competency and the services they can provide you. A true professional will give you candid advice and factual information so you can price your home within the market to achieve a sale. Please don’t select a Realtor based on suggested list price but rather select a Realtor with a proven track record, thus discouraging some agents from bidding up the price to get the listing. If at anytime you are not 100% satisfied with our service & we can not resolve your concern, you have the option to cancel our listing agreement- Guaranteed!

 Discuss home preparation & staging recommendations
 Install RE/MAX for sale sign on property
 Submit property to The Vancouver or Fraser Valley Real Estate Boards’s Multiple Listing Service
 Advertise property on: MLXchange; www.jimbaker.ca; www.remax.ca; www.remax-sabre-bc.com;
www.realtor.ca; www.realtylink.org; Craigslist; Kijiji; Facebook; Instagram; & Twitter
 Prepare & post window display board at RE/MAX Sabre Realty
 Prepare feature information sheets
 Submit & facilitate property on RE/MAX Sabre Office Tour
 Submit & facilitate property on MLS Tour
 Arrange & facilitate Open Houses
 Arrange showings
 Follow up on all showings and keep you up to date with feedback
 Review CMA regularly
 Keep other agents informed about changes to your property
 Advise you on all options and negotiate in your best interest when an offer comes in
 Oversee all details on accepted contracts including home inspection,
bank appraisal, submitting contract to notary/lawyer
 Put up SOLD sign and arrange keys at completion
