Arrange showings
Follow up on all showings and keep you up to date with feedback
Review CMA regularly
Keep other agents informed about changes to your property
Advise you on all options and negotiate in your best interest when an offer comes in
Oversee all details on accepted contracts including home inspection,
bank appraisal, submitting contract to notary/lawyer
